1. Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking may take 2–5 days to update.
You can track your order anytime via our “Track My Order” page or by emailing info@hemalty.com.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery times are:

These timelines exclude processing time (1–2 business days).
Delays due to customs, security checks, or peak periods may occasionally extend delivery times slightly.
3. Why is my tracking number not updating?
This is normal. Tracking often begins updating only after the parcel reaches the carrier’s main scan facility.
It may take 2–5 days for updates to appear — especially for shipments to Israel, where customs security checks can slow down scans.
